Please note to safeguard our customers and staff we are introducing a home working policy from Monday 23rd March 2020. The office will be manned to deal with the post and small packages placed through the letterbox, and to take delivery of, or return client records, from 10.00 am to 11.00 am Monday to Friday.
Client records can also be delivered or returned at other times by arrangement with the individual client managers.

If calls cannot be answered immediately by the client manager please be patient and leave a message, all client calls will be returned.
NO CHANGES
There will be no changes to our emails and how these are dealt with. Please continue to use our email services as normal.
Please note Alexander Accountancy can still be contacted through the office number 01283 743851.
In this case, your call will be answered centrally, and a message taken to arrange a call back by the appropriate member of staff. Please provide all the information requested to help us respond efficiently.
Non-client calls cannot be allocated to the correct staff member unless a full explanation of the purpose of the call is provided.
