Turning your targets into an action plan.
The Alexander Accountancy “Planning for Growth” workshop in April covered the questions and thought processes essential for every business owner and manager who wants to implement or continue with a growth strategy.
We looked at why you want to grow your business, department or portfolio; how you want your business to be structured and perceived; and outlined how to put together the targets for a three year plan.
Our next workshop on Wednesday 18th May 2016 will continue the journey, following the same practical hands on approach, but this time looking at how you turn your targets into goals and actions. What is holding you back, what are your frustrations, and how do you start about overcoming them?
You will be able to draw on advice from people in the room who are at various stages of following their strategic plans. These are real life walking examples, not theories plucked from books, but real people who are happy to share their experiences and advice face to face.
There are companies out there that would charge large sums for these workshops, but all we ask for is a £15 contribution towards the cost of the buffet and venue.
