The business effectively recruits a huge amount of knowledge, experience and expertise at minimal cost or risk, with no long term ties or issues.

The key output we offer is delivering the outcomes that are wanted by the customer. The outcomes could be almost anything, so the first step is to identify these in detail. The process is delivered through a series of meetings that will be bespoke to each client.

Alexander Accountancy’s process:
This is not a prescribed service so there is no set process or timeline. The aim will be to help deliver the outcomes identified at the start of the process.

This service is mainly based on years of knowledge and experience, having grown both our own business and several client businesses, from a concept to £1m+ concerns. At Alexander Accountancy we have walked the walk from start to finish, not just read text books and joined the journey part way through.

How we overcome popular misconceptions:
There is a misconception that only people who have achieved at the corporate level know how businesses work. Whereas the challenges at the small business level where there is a lack of financial support and resources, can be quite different to those in the corporate world where answers often revolve around borrowing, investments and employing the relevant expertise.
