Planning for Growth – Are you serious about wanting to grow your business?
Alexander Accountancy’s next workshop will take place on Wednesday 20th April 2016 at Branston Golf and Country Club.
It will highlight the questions and thought processes essential for every business owner and manager who wants to implement or continue with a growth strategy.
We will look at what you should be thinking about before you construct your next business plan, be it the first or subsequent. Then what to consider before you put your first or next strategic plans together and in to action.
This will be a practical, hands-on workshop and will examine why you want to grow your business. How you want your business to be structured and perceived, and put together the targets for a three year plan.
It will be ideal for anyone who believes they want to grow their business, but has experienced staring at the blank sheet of paper thinking “where do I start?”
It will also be ideal for those who are already part way through their growth journey and want to revisit or refresh their plans. With the benefit that like minded people will be around to offer help and additional ideas.
We will finish with brief advice on how to build the targets in to usable plans, and include templates in the workbook that will help you do this.
It is our intention that every business owner or manager who does attend will leave with a set of targets they can use, not just a set of instructions they could have found in a book.
