Gareth Prince is a director, chartered certified accountant and licensed insolvency practitioner with the firm Begbies Traynor, who are the UK’s market leader in business rescue and recovery. Having been part of the team which first established and grew the Begbies office in Birmingham, Gareth is now seeking to extend the Firm’s offering to directors and other stakeholders of businesses in the Staffordshire and Derbyshire areas through his links with Alexander Accountancy.
Always looking to enhance its offering to clients, Alexander Accountancy offered Gareth the opportunity to use the firm’s offices in Granary Wharf, Burton on Trent as a base for his expansion plans and to extend the services that Alexander’s are able to offer. Gareth will be a regular fixture of the office and is available for free initial, independent advice to those businesses experiencing financial difficulty.
Gareth was born and bred in the heart of Burton so when considering his next move, establishing a presence here was an obvious and natural next step. He has over 15 years experience of advising businesses experiencing financial distress, often being able to find a solution to enable them to continue but if necessary, advising on other options including Liquidation, Administration or Company Voluntary Arrangements (CVAs). He is also able to offer advice to individuals facing financial difficulty and regularly acts in bankruptcy and Individual Voluntary Arrangements (IVAs).
