In the spotlight – Congratulations go to Richard Faulkner

Richard Faulkner Alexander accountancy Burton on trent

12 months ago we featured Richard as our trainee accountant. Now it is a hearty well done as Richard has just gained his full AAT qualification in less than 2 years.

Hopefully Richard can now spend more time on his personal passions of golf and the family. These have been put on hold due to his studies, but this should be a good time to redress the work life balance. He also has a keen interest in football having played for the Arsenal youth and reserve teams from 1987 to 1992, and is looking for guests to join him at a Burton Albion game later in the season. So if you are a contact of Richard’s it might be worth catching up with him.

Richard has also led the way in developing Alexander Accountancy’s’ own Workplace Pensions solution that will be vital to many small businesses in the next year or so. His firsthand experience as a financial consultant with the Prudential Insurance Company has helped greatly with this. The company dedication to client care fits in with his own beliefs of how services should be provided as he is highly motivated by striving toward excellence. The favorite part of his current role is helping clients retain the maximum financial benefits they can for the efforts they put in.

Richard is also becoming more involved with the business development and expanding his role by meeting more members of the local business community. So if there are any local businesses out there who’s owners enjoy football or golf, Richard could be someone worth getting to know.
