Over the past three years Alexander Accountancy has become the leading provider of free business events in Burton on Trent. One of several reasons we were awarded The Peoples Business Award for services to the community. Now we feel it is time to share this successful platform with a wider audience.
Tried and tested
The meetings follow a tried and tested pattern with open social networking, food & soft drinks, a business related presentation and time for questions. There is no compulsory attendance policy or contribution requirement; there are no elevator pitches and no delegate list. Although as a company we like referral groups, we wanted our events to appeal to everyone.
Open to all
There are very few restrictions regarding who can attend. Obviously, as we are paying for and promoting the meetings, we would not want to open the doors to all of our competitors. But other than that we are happy to see anyone who can gain value from or add value to the meetings, and want to be part of a supportive business event.
ABC Burton events
This year we already have a fairly full schedule of events planned. The next Alexander’s Business Club event will be Transform Your Business part 2, Building the Model, on Wednesday 21st March 2018.

ABC Derby events
In 2018 the Derby meetings will be run in partnership with The Alternative Board, Derby as shared events where we are planning to blend the ABC “Transform Your Business” experience with that of working as part of a peer group. These are scheduled as two independent series of three connected events, with the first series in May, June & July and the second series in September, October & November.
