Businesses across Burton-on-Trent and East Staffordshire still have the opportunity to secure their place at Alexander Accountancy’s charity quiz night in aid of YMCA Burton on Thursday October 9.
The fun evening will take place in the Albion Suite at Burton Albion’s Pirelli Stadium in Princess Way, with limited availability remaining for teams of six people.
Tables cost £145, which includes a buffet meal and donation to YMCA Burton, a vital local charity providing supportive and safe housing for homeless people across three sites in East Staffordshire.
With arrivals from 6.30pm and the quiz starting promptly at 7pm, the event promises to be an enjoyable evening of friendly competition while supporting an important local cause.
Alexander Accountancy is also appealing to local businesses to donate quality prizes for the evening’s auction, which will help maximize the funds raised for YMCA Burton.
Alexander Accountancy Chairman David Alexander said: “We are delighted with the response so far, but there’s still time for more businesses to get involved.
“Whether that’s by entering a team or donating auction prizes, every contribution will make a real difference to YMCA Burton’s vital work supporting homeless people in our community.
“This event perfectly reflects our commitment to being active in our local community. We believe exceptional accountancy means being invested in the prosperity and wellbeing of the area we call home.”
The evening will combine business networking with charitable fundraising, creating valuable connections while supporting those most in need locally.
